As a BIM Modeller at Aedas, you will work on a variety of exciting projects, from residential to commercial, using cutting-edge tools like Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Your daily tasks will include creating detailed 3D models, coordinating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functionally sound.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain detailed 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
• Prepare and deliver accurate construction documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM standards and technologies.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of BIM workflows and standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction practices and regulations.
• Passion for architecture and design.
