You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to implement and monitor cleaning schedules, train and mentor staff, and address any operational challenges. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Train, mentor, and develop the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that may arise during the day.
- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping operations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in housekeeping management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing housekeeping teams.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping software, such as HMS (Housekeeping Management System) or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, with Bahasa Indonesia as a bonus.
