📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.,Ensure that all team members are aware of company policies and procedures, and that they are being followed.,Attend and participate in team meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that the team's goals and objectives are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in business, management, or a similar field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and other stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proven track record of success in leading and managing teams, with a focus on achieving results and driving business growth.,Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
