📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and evaluate service quality across all Wok Hey locations to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance service standards and employee skills.,Conduct regular feedback sessions with staff to address concerns and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with management to establish and maintain high service quality benchmarks.,Create and maintain service quality reports and documentation.,Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall business objectives.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in service quality and training.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in service quality, training, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of service quality standards and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
