In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and oversee the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the manufacturing department.,Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.,Train and mentor junior quality engineers and other team members on quality management principles and best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions.,Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the manufacturing sector.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in quality management and manufacturing technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality engineering role, with a strong background in manufacturing.,Certification in quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications.,Proven experience in leading and implementing QMS in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials is a plus.
