Global Star Abadi is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Blitar, Jawa Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job advertising to onboarding.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and development to employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Coordinate with management to ensure alignment between HR practices and business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
