📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales process, including order processing, customer follow-ups, and inventory management.,Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and maintaining office records.,Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and meet sales targets.,Support marketing efforts by assisting with promotional materials and social media updates.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all office supplies are stocked and available.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve processes.,Assist in organizing events and workshops related to the beauty industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the beauty industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.,Basic knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
