Sales Engineer – Battery & UPS

PT ASIA MEGATAMA SEJAHTERA is seeking a dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing technical support for our battery and UPS products.

This is a full-time position located in Tangerang, Banten. The salary range for this role is Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 7.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Manage customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our battery and UPS products.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to potential clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
• Strong understanding of battery and UPS technologies and products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
