📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Promote products and services to increase sales and market share.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills.,Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
