📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit and potential.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate suitability.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to support decision-making.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
