Duta Vera Electronics is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Samarinda. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our electronics manufacturing facility, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, with experience in the electronics industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of operations staff, as well as for ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the electronics manufacturing facility,Manage a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management,Ensure that all safety regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and healthy environment for all employees,Monitor and improve production efficiency and quality control,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols,Work with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly,Identify and implement cost-saving measures and improvements to the production process,Ensure that all equipment and machinery is properly maintained and calibrated🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with experience in the electronics industry preferred,Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles,Experience with ERP and MES systems,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management standards🛠️ Keahlian
