In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on business operations to support strategic decision-making. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze and interpret business data to identify trends and insights,Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and completeness,Provide regular business updates and recommendations to senior management,Support business operations by identifying areas for improvement and optimization,Assist in the development and implementation of business performance metrics,Monitor and evaluate the performance of business operations against key performance indicators (KPIs),Prepare and present business reports and presentations to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analytics or reporting,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques,Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with insurance industry would be an advantage
