📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Supervise and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Report to management on store performance and sales data.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of store strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Store Operator or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using retail management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
• Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
