Den Express Pratama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Salatiga. This role is crucial for driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our recruitment processes, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we meet our hiring targets. You will work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Work with department heads to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment laws and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
