PT Anggrek Wisesa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team at our restaurant in Sunter, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all cashiering operations, including cash handling, credit/debit transactions, and electronic payments.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer transactions and orders.,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area, including cash drawers, registers, and related equipment.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Train and supervise junior cashiers to ensure consistent service quality and adherence to company policies.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the appropriate personnel.,Assist in inventory management by recording and reporting sales data.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.,Proficiency in using cash register systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales reporting.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
