You will be responsible for defining product vision, roadmap, and strategy, as well as managing the product lifecycle from inception to launch. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from inception to launch and post-launch support.
- Use tools like Jira, Trello, and Confluence to track progress and manage tasks.
- Present product updates and insights to stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Project Management or Product Management.
- Certification in Business Model Canvas (BMC) or Business Analysis is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
