📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure the best fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and cultural fit.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with labor laws and employment regulations.
