📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly reception.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Conduct property inspections upon arrival and departure to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including key distribution and payment collection.
• Provide local recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience, such as nearby attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure the property is clean and ready for the next guest.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, adhering to company policies and guest privacy.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests and team members.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and cultural activities in Yogyakarta is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
