📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair medical equipment such as MRI machines, X-ray systems, and patient monitoring devices.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Document all service activities and maintain detailed records for compliance and future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in medical technology and apply best practices.
• Assist in training staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Participate in on-call duties to address urgent issues and provide 24/7 support when needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the medical equipment industry.
• Certification in medical equipment maintenance or related field (e.g., Certified Medical Equipment Technician).
• Familiarity with medical equipment brands and models commonly used in Indonesian healthcare facilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with healthcare professionals and customers.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
