Lemonilo Indonesia Sehat is seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation & Benefit Lead to join our team on a temporary basis during the maternity leave of our current Compensation & Benefit Lead. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our compensation and benefits programs.

As the Compensation & Benefit Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our employee compensation and benefits packages. Your expertise will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and motivating our talented workforce.

This is a temporary position, and the successful candidate will be expected to step in immediately to fill the gap left by our current lead.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and administer the company's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent through competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Conduct market research and analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits are competitive within the industry.
Provide guidance and support to HR team members on compensation and benefits-related matters.
Oversee the processing of payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Collaborate with senior management to align compensation and benefits with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
Prepare and present regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational or international company.
Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Experience with compensation and benefits software is a plus.
