In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, transfers, and adjustments.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.,Conduct regular audits of inventory to identify discrepancies and correct them.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.,Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Experience with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
